How can I get the PUE from two different sites with the DCO?

Dco does not support multi site pue out of the box. You need the energy efficiency license to create multiple PUEs

An alternative, less ideal solution would be create another DCO server and migrate the associated rooms for that site and licenses to the other server (assuming you have small enough license packs to do that).
