[Help] Cannot find "nbcpkg.lst"

I sent files (DCE 7.2.4~7.2.7) to my customer to update StruxtureWare.

Unfortunately, he cannot find the index file "nbcpkg.lst" in step4.

Can you help me to solve this problem?

Wing,

The .lst file should be in the root of the zipped file. I recommend verifying the checksum of the downloaded zip file before extracting. The MD5 checksum is listed within the upgrade download page for comparison. There are two files listed within the upgrades, one is for restoring the server and one is for upgrading the server. Ensure that the upgrade file is being downloaded.

Best Regards,
Cory

If you sent the customer the upgrade zip file, you should find the file nbcpkg.lst file within the zip file itself (I have confirmed this on my own upgrade zip file. Has the customer performed an EXTRACT, to expand the file out of the zip file?

Cory, Can you send zipped files (7.2.4-7.2.7) to me via e-mail? This is because I haven't .zip file in my computer. Best Regards, Wing

Wing, You would need to work through your local technical support to receive upgrade files as they would need to ensure a continuous valid software support. The customer should be downloading the files directly from the links that technical support would provide. Best Regards, Cory
