Yes. You may search for your UPS model's DDF in Device support. If the model you are looking for is not in the list, you can request the DDF in the same link as well. Do follow the procedure to request new DDF.

Would you please someone share the experience of the following issue.
the Emerson Liebert APM model's DDF file has been downloaded and imported to DCE; however, the DCE cannot detect the UPS after we installed the new network card in UPS. Is there any step that we can try ?

On the Liebert web interface, under SNMP access, we had to add the DCE ip address to allow SNMP access.

Hi,
You may want to check the settings in ups side whether the firmware for the snmp card replaced matches the current firmware setting of the ups?
I have one case where they did something in the firmware, the oid changes and ddf unable to read the values from ups.
