Hello all. We recently moved from DCO 8.2.2 to ITA 9.3.11 and I have a couple of genome catalog questions.

If you open the help menu in the ITA desktop client and choose the "About EcoStruxure IT Advisor" option the popup window should tell you the date of the genome library on your server.
Its likely if you moved from DCO to ITA recently you have an older genome library as the restore you perform of the DCO backup onto ITA also restores the DCO genome library.
I didn't check you entitlement system access before responding to this post, but if you have access to the software entitlement system for downloads of ITA software, the genome updates is also on that download landing page. A new genome update is expected very soon.
The new update has rack pdu genomes for the APDU10351ME, APDU451ME, APDU10151ME, APDU10350ME, and APDU10452SM
I don't see the Cisco devices you asked about, those should also be requested.
To request you can visit this "submit a ticket" page on the help center and request a new genome. This will create a ticket which the tech support team will assign to the genome team for handling.

So, looking at my ITA client I see:
Version: 9.3.11-17092-2681acca, S/N: SV####xxx#x#.
Current genome library generated: 4/25/23 3:52 PM.
When I look at the software download links in the entitlement portal I see the below dated 09-2022, so I assume I have the most current stock genome? It seems odd that there hasnt been a genome library update since 2022.

We are a bit behind on genome update releases, but as mentioned we are expecting to release an update very soon.
The typical schedule is to release genome updates quarterly.
