Hi guys,
Do we have our latest Genome Library (global) available in an excel format?
Could I please ask for a copy or be pointed to a location where I can find it?
I believe exporting Genomes from DCO client exports Custom Genome library and not the Global one.
Thks

Hi Daniel,
That's not supported, we cannot export genomes in other format than "cat".
You are right, we can export Genomes (as cat format) and not the Genome Library. However, if we add all items from "Genome Library" to Genomes, then the whole library can be exported.
Kind regards

Hi Daniel!
You can use API call https://<server_ip>/api/v8.1/genomes?source=LIBRARY to get genome list from DCO as json and then convert it to excel.
You can find list from DCO 8.2.7 in attachment.
