I have a couple of hundred that need to have the firmware updated. I only selected 50 at a time but the system has hung for over a week. How do I clear my list and start over again? it has been over a week, and the system has not updated.
Question: How do I clear the buffer in Ecostruxure so I can restart his process. I have several devices that are failing, and support is telling me to upgrade the firmware and I cannot.

This happens to me frequently as well. What’s worked best for me is avoiding large batch operations. If it does get stuck, you can usually fix the hang by rebooting the EcoStruxure Gateway server or by restarting the related service in services.msc. Specifically, look for EcoStruxure IT Gateway Database Server Services.
