In most cases this is due to a firewall issue. Make sure to check that the necessary ports are open.

Hello,
As Anders has stated it would appear that there are communication ports that are being block preventing communication between the client and the server. Below is a link that contains all the Network ports that are required to be open for Client/Server communication.
