EcoStruxure IT Gateway Register Smart UPS

Dear support, After installing EcoStruxure gateway it asked me to discover my UPS but it cannot find it with the options provided. There is a registering Smart UPS menu but it asked for a QR code or Id and Product key that I don't have?

I guess my question is how can I add my 3 Smart APC 3000 and Rack cooling system aslo

That Register SmartUPS option is actually intended to be used for Cloud-ready smartUPS. They will have the QR code needed to register the unit via the cloud.

If your APC 3000 are smartUPS that comes with a network management card, it will be a different approach. If you can provide the exact model I can try to assist you.

Thanks All3n, indeed you were right since I have a network card AP9631 it required a different approach. All good now, thanks for your answer.
