Building Dashboard status for our UPS's, On the Eaton DCE does not seem to collect the value "Percentage Full Load". It is a value available on the UPS management console. How do I acquire for DCE. I have all other Eaton values available.

Hi Enrique,
DCE can poll any value available via SNMP. If a device has a value available in the UI, it does not automatically mean that it has that value available via SNMP. I am not familiar with the specific device but to verify what is available from that device, you'll want to look at that device's MIB to see if the vendor has it available. Then you'll want to do an SNMP get or SNMPwalk of the device to see if the specific OID is returned from that device. If it is not returned, it's simply not available. If it is returned, you may want to check with the DDF team to see if the DDF used for this device has the correct SNMP OIDs available. You can communicate to the DDF team through this link:
