Easy UPS Bad Gateway DA807

When i try to access to the easy UPS with DCE 7.8. Have that error bad gateway. In config UPS has all TLS level checked and in DCE client, Server Access. On the Web Server tab, has all TLS version checked and by default used in Private Proxy TLS 1.0.

How can solve that issue
