Door Alarm

Hello, 

I have Installed 5 Door alarms ( NBES0302 ). Alarms are working Properly with netbotz Rack monitor 570.

These door alarms are showing their status on Advance View. . But on other side it shows their  Status on DCE after 10 to 15 min. Some time It does not shows (4 Door alarms) status on DCE.

One door sensor is connected directly to Netbotz 570.This door alarm is working properly with DCE. Four door sensors are connect with sensor pod 150. These (4 alarm) are not showing status on DCE .
