My view after many years experience with the StruxureWare for Data Centers suite is a definite "yes" and I encourage others who feel the same, contribute or upvote,.

You've asked very a broad question.  If your organisation is considering a purchase, I recommend everyone who is involved with the procurement is very clear about what is required, especially around what makes a successful deployment before you consider any procurement..  There are numerous blogs and articles about what to do and what not to do around selecting and deploying DCIM so little value in me reproducing here.  Simple web searches should reveal this information
