Does ITA not support excel import/export anymore ?

Hi Team ,

We can import asset data to DCO via excel file , for now ,I would like check if ITA 9.2.0 not support this function anymore?

Hi Billy,

That's a hidden feature and was basically designed for internal use - it is still available in ITA. It has a limited functionality and can overwrite the existing data! I will contact you soon, but it should be used cautiously.

We are interested in performing initial excel import of our customer's data on IT Advisor. Could you please send me an e-mail with the excel import template and the process to unlock this feature (at least temporarily for this first data import)?
