Documenting data center operation with MM and SM fiber connections.

Hello, is there a solution to document connections to switch with Multi-mode and Single-mode fibers. If you choose to split MM fiber to separate Rx ant Tx fiber connections you will be unable to connect both of them to one switch port. If you consider Rx and Tx fibers as one, you will have problems with separate single mode fiber (1 cable two connections) documentation. We are using SM and MM fibers in one optical distribution frame.
