Hi All,
I have an open case with Schneider Support Team however I wish to find out from other members if they have experienced any challenges discovering Delta UPSs into the ITE Gateway and how they managed to solve the challenges.
I have several Delta UPS Models that are using the same network Card (Delta InsightPower SNMP IPV6 for UPS)
I am monitoring the UPSs via DCE but I cannot Discover the same UPSs into ITE Gateway.
We are currently trying to create an SNMP Walk File for the UPSs but it has been unsuccessful so far as the SNMP Walk Tool Times out.
I would highly appreciate any advice or suggestions.

Which version of DCE are you using? DCE 7.6 and higher has an snmp walk tool built into the web client. Click status (in top right corner) then under additional information, change the drop down to "snmp device walk"
if the walk utility is timing out, it's also possible that snmp communication is restricted to a specific network or DCE. You could check the UPS network card and see if it has any snmp nms ips or snmp whitelist under the snmp configuration settings.
Do you have a 3rd party DDF added to DCE for these Delta UPS'? You can see which ones are loaded under Device-->SNMP device comm settings-->device definition files. If so, you could send the name of it to the ITE team. If not, then it is most likely using the UPS-mib ddf, which is already part of ITE and would mean that there is an snmp communication issue related to a firewall or the UPS' snmp settings.
