I have an Avtech Environment monitoring system that is indicated as supported, we have loaded the provided DDF and discovered the device on the network but it does not display the sensors.

Hello Yawe,
This might be due to miss matche in the OID's.
Could you please generate a walk and send it to us using the below mentioned utility which will help us to figure out the exact issue.

Not yet, as mentioned earlier we generated a walk and sent it but so far there has been no further communication.
