Device request contact information

Does anyone know some contact information to the DDF team? I have tried to get some DDF files, but I don’t get any answer.

Hi Gabor Novak,

Both files are available in the DDF library, kindly follow the below steps.

1. Go to device Support
2. Search your required DDF (NA96MGF3900Rmodule  - Socomec Countis E44)
3. Then select "I Want it too" 
4. You can see the request status by going to your profile picture in the upper right and then select My Device Requests and download your DDF.
