Hi
I have installed demo licenses for Colo, Access and cost that have already expired
Now I can´t access the DCO web portal. When I enter my user and password login and shows me.
license exceeded contact the administrator
I had the rights of the administrator ´but now I can´t delete the demo licenses.
Please tell me, what I can do?
Regards

Hi Norberto,
I guess you might be seeing this notification:
By closing the notification (highlighted arrow) we can access the Administration menu:
Then it should be possible to add/remove license keys.
Note: system would require valid license installed, otherwise application may not be accessible and/or changes to the application/database (such as adding/removing racks) may not be saved!
Kind regards
