I have Struxureware Data Center Operation ver 7.5.0 with 30 Rack licenses.
I add Racks, Servers, UPS, PDUs, etc; we simulate a Datacenter with 29 Racks and Power devices. But i have the problem that when i select the 3D view only get the screen blank, so only we can see the 2D view. i try to generate the 3D view with less devices and Rack and had the same problem.
Please any info is useful.

Hi Erick,
It is most likely client/workstation related issue (such as display adapter). The 3D view is client based, and most likely the display adapter on your client/workstation is not supporting the 3D view. So I would suggest to try it on a different machine with "better" graphic/display adapter. Some old display adapters might have difficulties supporting the 3D-view.
Kind regards

Hi Erick! I've seen this issue on HP workstations. We are fixed it using another drivers for graphic card. So you can try to replace your drivers instead of PC.

I had issue with older Intel graphic cards, especially built-in graphics on portable computers, not able to render 3D view.
