Is there an integration with Data Center Expert and ServiceNow? I see an integration with DCO, but not seeing one for data center expert.

I'm not aware of any out of box integrations but I have heard mention of a customer who tuned the DCE notifications to send an email alert to their servicenow instance which was configured to create incidents based on receipt of the email.

There's no direct integration as yet, but we are looking at several options to link our new DCE install with Service Now. For now, we use e-mail integration. You can set some basic parameters in the e-mail, to pass the information through to ServiceNow. Let me know if you need help setting it up.
