Hello, we are having a issue for easy UPS. DCexpert gives error that cant take DDF file from the device. We can take all sensor data from the device. But customer see the DDf error. I opened ftp port ssh port. and also chnaged credentials. I tried snmpv1 and snmpv3. Do you have any sugesstions? You may see at the attachment.

If you are still having problems, have you confirmed the ftp or scp is open on the customers network? If it is, you should see a msg in the Easy UPS log file that shows DCE logging in.
The only other thing I can suggest is making sure both DCE and the end device are up to date on the latest versions, however this mainly applies to using SCP.
