DDF for a Vertiv RDU-SIC G2 Rack Cooling Unit

We recently installed 3 Vertiv Racks with cooling units in them.  They are on a Penthouse Mechanical floor.  They came with a Liebert IntelliSlot RDU-SIC G2 card.  The stock DDF on Data Center Expert 8.3.0 does not pull in any points or information.  Is anyone else monitoring this card with DCE?

Thanks, it was there.  I searched for that bookmark and couldn't find it.  It should be something easier to find.

I downloaded the DDF file and installed but it does not pull in the RDU-SIC G2 points.

Hi, 

Have you checked the SNMP settings (access control, SNMP string, etc.) in the RDU-SIC? If yes, try to perform a device walk on DCE's webpage.
