Existing DDFs can be searched for and downloaded from https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com. For example, I searched for DeepSea which resulted in 5 DDFS. It looks like the one that you may want to try first would be the "Deepsea Generator Basic Sensors" one as it appears to possibly apply to DSE XXXX models.
If you do not find a DDF that works for your install, you can submit an Asset Definition Request with the details of your device, such as a Modbus register map or SNMP Device walk, depending on your devices communication type.
If a DDF does not already exist for this, it would likely require a purchase of an Asset Definition Service.
