DDF for DSE7420 genset controler

Hi,

we have issus triying to connect a DSE7420 genset controler using DDF deepsea_generator_gencomm. We received communication error. it only Works using the DDF Lite versión.

Is posible to check why it is not working?

Hi Sergio,

Would you mind going to the device support page at http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices then search for DSE7420? You can download a different DDF from there. If that one doesn't, work, click on the "Request Modification" and type in the issue you are having. This will create a ticket for my team to assist you. We can troubleshoot from there.

Jake, what documment we need to attach for DDF modification?

If a DDF isn't working for you, please provide the DDF (if possible), and screenshots of the errors and the "view sensors" screen for the device.
