Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

Register (for free) on the web-resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp. Then download the file Chillers_DDF.zip for CHILLERS.

Unzip the zip-file and read two files readme_association_DDFs.txt (depending on the connection type of your cooling units to DCE-server: SNMP or TCP/IP Modbus).

For Uniflair ARA range chillers, as explained in the above text files, it is necessary to use:

MODBUS_TCPIP: uniflair_aranew_TCPIP_Modbus_chiller.xml => ARA series
SNMP: aranew_SNMP_chiller.xml => ARA series
SNMP WITH OTHER CHILLERS TYPES OR CRAC SERIES: aranew_SNMP_chiller_multiple.xml => read ARANEW_pCOWeb_guide.txt file!

If this does not work for you, then in the above mentioned text files there is an e-mail, where you can and should apply for help.

The above web-resource for your case is more preferable, than the web-resource Device Support. The reason is on the web resource http://webcard-it.schneider-electric.com/enterPanel.asp, the above DDF-files for Uniflair ARA range chillers have the latest versions than at Device Support.

I hope this is what you need.

With respect.

P.S.: regarding new firmware for your ARAC1084: please tell us which version of firmware is currently in use? Perhaps the firmware is lates...

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

For correct display of sensors in DCE software you do not need to update the firmware on your cooling devices.

But for a better understanding of your question/problem, it is advisable to know which firmware versions are used on your cooling devices (on ARAC1084 chiller and PCOWeb card).

In addition, it is highly desirable to know which DDF-files in the DCE software you are currently using for cooling devices.

With respect.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

I already answered your question Jul 23, 2018.

Ok, I'm ready to help you. First, please tell me which DDF-file (SNMP or Modbus protocol, full name and version) you are currently using in the DCE software for your ARAC1084?

With respect.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

Ok, to understand what the problem is and help you, I need a snmpwalk-file made from your ARAC1084 device. How to do this is well described on page How to create a SNMP walk file for Struxureware Expert/InfraStruXure Central. Do it according to the instructions and send me the result on my e-mail (I will send it to you privately).

With respect.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

Ok, I understand you: the LOGGER setting is not relevant to communicating with the DCE-server via SNMP DDF-file.

So I'm still waiting from you the snmpwalk-file.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

As a result of analyzing your snmpwalk-file there is a suspicion of the absence of a normal serial communication between pCOWeb-card and pCO-module of yuor cooling unit. For example, see mass invalid reading values -858993460 from pCOWeb-card):

Therefore, according to the user manual of pCOWeb-card, you need to check and correctly configure the serial communication protocol between pCOWeb-card and pCO-module via web-GUI:

Pay attention to the highlighted red lines - this is important!

Thus, you need to log in to the pCOWeb web-GUI of your cooling unit, find the Configuration section and check the serial communication protocol on the pCO Comm tab:

Only after successfully configuring the communication protocol between pCOWeb-card and pCO-module, you can see the normal values of the cooling unit sensors in the DCE software.

Please check and report the result.

With respect.

Dear  ,

I have checked  need configuration and serial communication protocol between pCOWeb-card and pCO-module via web. Please review the attached screenshot.

Note: Pcoweb card and chiller display communication baud rate should be same or its does not matter, because Pcoweb default baud rate is 19200 and unit display baud rate is 9600

 But value are still Undefined.

For your information, I have another chiller ARAC1084 with same specification and i fixed this PcoWeb in other chiller but issue was still exist, I think there is some issue in PcoWeb card. Is it possible to configure this PcoWeb to its default Factory setting.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

Ok, then you need to check these settings from the pCO-module side.

To do this, it is necessary from the local display of your cooling unit to enter Prg -> USER -> Pf screen mode. Then check the settings as I have on the screenshot:

In this case, you may be required to enter a 4-digit PIN code, which you can find out from the documentation of the cooling unit or service personnel.

And do not forget to reboot the pCOWeb-card after making changes.

Please check and report the result.

With respect.

Dear Muhammad Shahzad,

For security reasons, such a master password does not exist. As far as I know, if a customer loses all passwords (there may be several for different access levels), all settings must be reset to factory defaults.

In your difficult situation it is best to contact the technical service or the manufacturer of your equipment.

With respect.
