DDF file error

Hello,

I have restored the dce server . After restoring the dce some device like (UPS, INROW, ENVIORMENTAL UNIT) are giving the error (device status may be inaccurate because an attempt to transfer DDF failed). But PDU's are working fine.

Hi Shoaib,

This error is due to DCE being unable to access the device via (default) FTP. The following knowledge base FAQ provides more detail:
