Hi,
We are having problems downloading DDF files, this page appear for a long time and then just close, and therei s not DDF file or download link.
Please help

I can't reproduce it in my browser, window appears and stays there as should. I would suggest for now use another browser and/or clean cache.
The specific device as well included in the pm5000 series:
Please visit http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices and search for pm5000. You will be presented with a single download option after expanding the "Files to download" button.
