DDF For Netman 208 - Riello UPS

We have been unable to add our two new UPS units to DCE for monitoring/management due to the lack of Netman 208 in DDF file.

Is anyone here able to help?

No results when searching for Netman 208.

Hello @Person,

I would recommend trying to NetBotz 204 ones to see how they work, if they do not, then you you can request a new DDF (Asset Definition Request), but likely it would require an Asset Definition service.
