Hello;
We have Schneider Uniflair Cracks,
I tried many DDF about our Cracks. We added some of them successfully but we can't add some devices with those DDF files. So how can we solve this problem. You may also see attached pictures.
Best Regards;
Barlas.

Hello,
My guess is that you have multiple "pCOWeb" SNMP DDFs installed on your DCE. The problem with monitoring devices that use the Carel pCOWeb card is that there is no way to differentiate one device from another since the communication card does not provide any information over SNMP that can differentiate one device from another. This applies to any device from any vendor that uses these cards. There is a disclaimer about this on the Uniflair DDF identification guide:
You have 2 options to resolve this.
I have been trying to contact you through our Zendesk ticket system, but have not gotten a reply which is why I am posting here. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know,
-Nick
