I want add PM 500 in DCE BUT I CAN'T becuse dce has not ddf file for that please tell me how can i download ddf file for pm 500

SNMP and Modbus devices can be added. I am not familiar with that specific device though. As Valentin noted, multivendorsupport@apc.com, also available in the device support menu, can provide or create an SNMP or Modbus DDF for you

Hojjat, Once you receive the DDF from multivendorsupport@apc.com, you then have 2 options. If this is an SNMP device, choose the device menu, SNMP device communications settings, and device definition files. There is an option to add/update definitions. If this is a Modbus device, choose the device menu, Modbus device communications settings, and device definition files. There is an option to add/update definitions. Steve
