Hello,
I've found a strange problem in DCO not getting Capacity History.
I've use the record now button to get my UPS measurements in DCO.
I downloaded the serverlog and this rule stands out the most:
2015-11-27 12:15:41,529 INFO [apc] [com.apc.webservice.kpi.impl.HistoryConfigurationServiceImpl] (http-10.128.190.250-8080-20) Forcing computations to run now...
2015-11-27 12:15:41,551 INFO [apc] [com.apc.webservice.kpi.impl.HistoryConfigurationServiceImpl] (http-10.128.190.250-8080-20) Done running forced computations
2015-11-27 12:19:12,246 INFO [com.apc.isxo.kpi.impl.computejob.PerformanceHistoryComputerImpl] (QuartzSharedThreadPool-0) Computation for rooms @Fri Nov 27 11:49:12 CET 2015 has not been done, retrying compute for locations in 30 minutes (remaining retries: 23)
It drives me crazy that DCO is not syncing it's data fast. Why does it take a age to sync up?
I've use the record now button.. Please fix this.

Hi Stefan Konijnenberg Since it has been more than 24 hours since you associated the DCE device to the model device in DCO should data be shown. Can you verify this? Please also sent us the screenshot show we can verify what data you are missing. Thanks Jesper

Hi Stefan Konijnenberg Would it be possible for us to get the entire server log file? The capacity history in Data Center Operation is not designed to show the latest information from the UPS's. It is designed to show KPI data from devices. Such as the spiderweb you see in the global view. If you want to see measurements direct from your UPS's should you use Data Center Expert. Data Center Operation uses the power data from UPS's to estimate the available capacity on the UPS. It also uses peak and average values not the "live" measurement you will see in Data Center Expert. Data Center Operation is the planning tool and Data Center Operation is the monitoring tool. But we would like to investigate the log files to see if there is something wrong with the data collection. Thanks Jesper

Hi Stefan Konijnenberg Thanks. I just wanted to make sure that you didn't expect DCO to show the same information as in DCE. We will investigate the logs and get back to you. Thanks Jesper

Hi Stefan Konijnenberg I have discused this issue with engineering and for the capacity circle to be populated will you have to wait 24 hours for data to be recorded. It is not possible to force recording by clicking the "Record now" button. We will add this as a request in out internal system, so we can consider this for a future version of Data Center Operation. Measurements on the UPS should be shown short time after the DCE device is associated to the model device in DCO. But to ensure we completely understand where you expect to see data would it then be possible for you to share some screenshots. Because some data in DCO is polled every 5 minutes others only every 24 hours. So if you sent screenshots can we tell if this is data that should be there now or something you will have to wait 24 hours for. Thanks Jesper
