Is there a way to increase the resolution of exported layout images in DCO 7.3.6?
I would like to print on large format paper.

Select .svg as the export format and open the file in a browser.

Pete,
In version 7.36, your only option is SVG format. There is software available which allows you to print the SVG format in larger versions. In version 7.4 (available now I believe as long as you are under support), there is a DWG (CAD) export format available which would also allow you to print in larger formats. Hope this helps
