DCO desktop client forces itself restarted every time while trying to open certain comm rooms. Two problematic comm rooms have been discovered so far.
THIS IS A PRODUCTION ISSUE!

Hi Yilai,
Can you please provide the following (via your shared site):
copy of the backup file (from the production setup)
name of the problem rooms/locations
client application.log file (usually located in C:\Users\<user name>\.isxo\8.*\Operations\application.log)
Thanks,
Kind regards

Hi Yilai,
Many thanks for providing the data. I have located the issue, caused by child-parent connection issue (in database) between the problem item and its parent storage room. Deleting the problem device will resolve the room opening & client restart issue.
I have sent you a direct email moment ago with details about the problem device and how to fix it.
Kind regards
