Hi Community,
I have a syncronization problem between DCO of DCE. When DCE create an alarm, i can see the alarm in alarm section but i cant see that alarm in DCO. At the same time, DCE measured values(e.g. rPDU value) are different from DCO. DCO values are not changed anytime i mean same values that i can see. I shared some image in attached. How can fix this? Jef Faridi
Kind Regards
Kerem

Hi Kerem,
Please notice that the power measurements displayed on DCO (such as Average and Peak values), they are based on the collected peak values over the last 30 days (default), and they cannot be compared with the real time sensor readings on DCE.
Concerning the alarms/notifications from DCE, a) I would make sure that the device is associated in DCO, b) and I would also check that the "Retrieve sensors" is enabled (System Setup > External Systems Configuration > and then edit the settings for DCE):
Kind regards

Hi Jef, Firstly, i disabled "retrieve sensors" and then i activated it, so my alarm value is corrected. Thank you much. Is that necesserity for retrieving data values or am i have to do that process every time? Kind Regards Kerem

Hi Kerem, Excellent, many thanks for sharing. The "Retrieve sensors" feature needs to be enabled otherwise DCO will not ask for the sensor information (from DCE). It seems in your setup, that feature needed to be refreshed (perhaps due to the latest time/date modification). Kind regards
