I have DC version 8.2.12 and using couple UCS Manager integration. I added 2 new systems in External System Configuration which is visible there but not in Unassociated Devices list. See screenshot:
Short explanation for the above: In the left pane you can see in alphabetical order my external systems. -> Unassociated Devices
I went to External System Configuration and sorted in alphabetical order all my external systems and you can see the deviation.
Just for fun I tried to add a new system but it says "System name must be unique". But the system is not listed among Unassociated Devices
As a troubleshooting step I have reset my local cache under /.isxo folder but did not resolve my problem.

Hi Mate,
Sorry for the delay - I have studied the provided data set and it seems the integrated external system (PN4-IT-CUCSP009) is added and I could find it in the data base as well, but it is not showing up in "Unassociated Devices" since DCO had not received any data from that server yet.
I would try to re-added it by first removing it from the External Systems Configurations and then adding it and see how it goes. I will also send you a direct message shortly, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
Do you have any update on this problem?
Now I have similar issue like 2 month before: searching for Cisco blade serial numbers DCO doesn't give result, however those are in UCS Manager.
Thanks,
Mate

Hi Mate,
I think we had already covered this (offline communications) with the conclusion that the external system syncing task was not executed and may needed to be restarted either by rebooting the system or by running the following command "sudo systemctl restart operations".
Kind regards

Hi Mate,
I do agree, it sounds like a work around. If I recall correctly you were running 8.2.12, if you haven't upgraded yet, would it be possible for you to update and see if that helps, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
I'm keen to update to latest version but straggling with support to get download link.
However I cannot see any UCS related change in the release notes of 8.3.0/8.3.2. Or do you have more info on it?
Regards,
Mate
