Dear Team,
Kindly assist, I have two customers with attached error showing on status.
One of the customers the DCO has enough resources but the other we are working on adding the harddisk space.
I believe the problem is more than the resources considering the same error.
Thank you.
Regards.

Hi Felix,
You are most welcome.
Please note that some of the backup files that maybe crated while the application was done, might be incomplete and useless. Quick looking at the file size may give a clue.
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Felix,
As you mentioned, usually disc space specially affecting the root partition '/' where the system files are located could be the cause (if no space left). If the application is not in unrecoverable state, then rebooting the system (assuming no disc space problems) usually helps. Otherwise a clean installation of the software (DCO) and then restoring the latest backup file could be the option.
Before doing anything it is recommended to save the backup files (default location: /data/backup) somewhere safe (such as network drive or laptop).
Data Center Operation is no longer being updated. So, it is also highly recommended to 'upgrade' the product (DCO) to latest ITA. Please see the following article for more info:
https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006367378-Migrating-from-DCO-to-ITA
By the way, this is a public forum it is recommended to mask sensitive data (such as IP address, etc) when posting an issue.
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Jef,
Kindly one more question on the same, is there possibility of me retrieving the DCO registered licenses through the webmin?
Thank you.
Regards,
Felix

Hi Felix,
Not from Webmin, but via web-client.
Log in to web-client (https://<server-IP>) and then go to Configuration > Licenses
that would display the installed licenses. It has also the Add license option there.
License keys cannot be exported from the server.
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Erwin,
Please note that the minimum requirement is a server with at least 16 GB memory and 4 CPUs (and 100+ GB storage capacity).
System requirements described in the following page:

Kind regards,
Jef
