Hi Support,
We have been running a DCO PoC for a customer, but they have been having problems with performance of their DCO server.
The DCO server is virtualised, running 4x vCPU, 16GB RAM and 100GB disk space - presently 23GB is utilised.
The DCO client became slower and slower before crashing, it is now no longer possible to login (An Unknown Error has occurred) and the Webmin interface hangs after login and is inaccessible.
We are restarting the server and going to try and obtain the server logs, I'm also going to find out more details of the environment that DCO is hosted in.
Would you be able to take a look through these and see if there is anything obvious happening here?

Hi David,
Please share the following files with me, if the issue is not resolved yet,
Backup file,
Server logs
Client "application.log" file
But based on your description it is unlikely a server performance issue - perhaps network/firewall related? By the way, if haven't done already, you might want to try it from another workstation "close" to (concerning the routing) the server,

Second Jefs suggestion, what happens if you log in from another client/PC? Maybe also try to reinstall the client in the PC in question.
