DCO | Integration with Cooling Optimize

Hello team,

How the integration between DCO and CO works? I want to know in a hardware and software level. I know that CO is a license of DCO suite, but it uses a main server called AI Engine that is responsible for acquire data from gateways, temp sensors, etc..  and control the whole solution. But how DCO get data from AI Engine?

Thanks in advance.

The Cooling Optimize server handles communication with and control of devices. The control of devices is handled by an AI engine running on the Cooling Optimize server.

DCO gets the data from Cooling Optimize through an API exposed for DCO. It gets the data by polling the Cooling Optimize server for it regularly.

Alarms can also be supplied to DCO when Cooling Optimize calls an API exposed by DCO. Alarms can be pushed for the DCO client to be notified as quickly as possible.
