Hi Tafadzwa,
The shared screen capture dose not contain enough info, I can only see the error concerning service start failed.
What is the version of DCO? and the backup file, is it from the same server?
is it possible to ask for the following data:
a) copy of the "problem" backup file
b) And the following log files that can be collected directly from server:
ssh log in to server and run the following commands
tar -zcvf /tmp/serverlogs.tar.gz /opt/jboss-as/standalone/log
tar -zcvf /tmp/journal.tar.gz /var/log/journal
Then these files serverlogs.tar.gz and journal.tar.gz can be download from /tmp folder on server.
I will send you an invite to my =S= box shortly, so the data safely can be shared with me (if you would), thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Jef
Thanks for your reply. I decommisioned that Server and made a fresh installation and successfully restored a Backup from the decommissioned Server. However the Static NIC I configured cannot be accessed over the network. I managed to add another NIC via the VM Settings but it is on DHCP. I can login to the Webmin and the Static NIC shows to be up and running but cannot be accessed. Im not yet sure what could be causing this.

Hi Tafadzwa,
This doesn't seem to be a backup restore issue, but likely a network related.
I don't think DCO (application) supports multiple NIC configurations/connections, so basically your "static NIC" is working one.
It might make sense to contact the network administrator and get the IP and other network details that may be used for the DCO server (which should be accessible in the network). In this case, instead of adding the second NIC I would have tried, a) turn off the server (DCO) b) and then in VM host settings would have switched the "network adapter" to accessible network (usually can be selected from the drop-down list).
Or perhaps just go ahead and make a clean install (using proper/accessible IP/network), verify it's working and then restore the backup.
Kind regards
