Hello Community! We have AD group sync enabled and it's a fantastic feature... and have a large number of users successfully using this feature day to day.
I have one user who is unable to authenticate through... and we've double check AD group memberships, etc.. and cannot figure out why he is unable to log on. One thing I'd like to confirm, are there any unsupported characters in a password which could cause an issue as it passes through DCO and to the AD server?
For instance, The user is using the "@" symbol in his password... could this be an issue?

Hi Wes
ITA does not have any unsupported characters regarding user password. We did a quick test here and we ware able to login using password containing @.
Regards.

Odd, Most likely user error of some sort... My user changed his AD password removing the @ symbol and is now able to log on. Could had been coincidence.
