Hi,
We are installing a new DCO 8.2.2. When we add the AD authentication server, it does not pull in the groups. Please advise how to resolve this, thanks.

Hi Yuan Jiun,
It might be configuration related issue (assuming AD server accessible), however to understand the problem would it be possible to ask for the following data:
1- DCO server logs
2- screen capture(s) illustrating how exactly authentication server settings are configured in DCO
3- screen capture(s) (from AD server) illustrating the configuration on the AD server. (similar to images in this guide: Setup an AD (Active Directory) Server)
