All,
customer does have DCE 7.2.7 & DCO 7.5, DCE is monitoring MGE Galaxy 5000 UPS, this UPS is associated with the UPS in the DCO model, this was done more then a week ago but still no measured data is shown in DCO, attached is the DDF version of the MGE UPS within DCE, devices sensor's of the UPS and the UPS within DCO, what can be the cause of this, is it the DDF file ?

Many thanks for sharing the device sensors - it seems as you've mentioned, it is ddf related issue and you need to get customized/new DDF file(s) from the multivendor support team ( multivendorsupport@apcc.com).
The DDF file(s) expected to contain the following sensor Type:
Power Sensors:
OUTPUT_POWER_WATTS
OUTPUT_POWER_TOTAL_WATTS
MODULE_OUTPUT_POWER or MODULE_BREAKER_POWER
Amp Sensors:
MODULE_BREAKER_CURRENT
OUTPUT_CURRENT
OUTPUT_CURRENT_TOTAL
INPUT_CURRENT
