Hi Community,
A customer on DCO 7.5 has an issue where the Client is able to connect to the server, but it is not showing any information.
I am attaching some screenshots and the Client application.log below. It is full of the same error below.
javax.xml.ws.soap.SOAPFaultException: OutgoingCommunicationSwitch is off, so skipping Web Service call to http://server.core.itil.apc.com/ -> public abstract boolean com.apc.itil.core.server.JmsSubscriptionWebService.isClientIDStillActive(java.lang.String) ! 2016-02-02 04:38:21,163 WARN [com.apc.dcoverview.services.impl.HeartbeatWatcher] (main) Disconnected from JMS 2016-02-02 04:38:26,188 WARN [com.apc.dsmf.client.webservices.event.QueueRemoteEventServiceImpl] (Queue reinitialization thread) Reinitialization attempt failed, will retry shortly.
The issue is seen on Clients on several machines. They have already tried removing and reinstalling the Clients, but this did not help. Let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks

Hi John,
It seems this user (apc) doesn't have access right enabled - you need to go to System Setup > User Rights and Authentication, and check the permissions.
You might need to log in using another user name that should at least have the following options enabled in the User rights: "User Rights And Authentication Servers" and "System Configuration".
Kind regards
