DCO 7.5 - Automatic generation and e-mail of reports

Hi

I have a request and it's related to generate automatically a report of workorders (workorder project-filtered by one project) and send this report every day, and same hour to a group of people. Is there a way to generate automatically a report and schedule an e-mail delivery inside DCO? Actually I don't have DCO Insight and I'm not familiar with this module, Is this a feature of Insight?

Hi Angelica,
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately it is not supported to schedule work order reports and/or schedule an email delivery. As far as I know, currently only the following email notification is supported:
Work order - Assigned/unassigned
Work order - Completed
Insight is a separate report design application, and I believe it doesn't have any email notifications options - following page contains some description about this module: StruxureWare Data Center Operation: Insight
