Hello community.
My customer has two datacenters, in each one they have:
Before upgrade DCE 7.4.3 monitored the DCO without errors, the database status reported by DCE was normal, but now, after the upgrade of both systems (DCE and DCO + DCO-DR) the reported status:
a. The StruxureWare Operations database status is unknown
b. The Struxureware Operations Server is unreachable
In first time I think maybe a customer´s network issue could be the cause, but after check the network health and some tests I tried installing a DCE demo in version 7.5 and DCO demo in version 8.2 in my laptop using vmware player and I get the same error messages....
Community, do you have any idea about the possible reasons? Could DCO 8.2.7 be a cure for this situation? for your time and support thank you very much.
Best Regards,

Hello Community,
I think it´s on the dco side, I ran the isx_devicewalk and I get OID answers, when I compare with the schneiderops.xml file I can see that dce show the readed status of the respective OID example:
In dce one error alarm is: Unknown status for ETL (in red color, severity:Error)
In schneiderops.xml I think the OiD is :
-
-
-
and the result for this oid (1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.2.2.1.5.0) in the walkfile is :
1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.2.2.1.5.0 , Integer , 1
In the xml file the status codes for this OiD are:
-
I Think dce is reading this value and reporting the status for that, I verified the communities (public/private) all are for defect config, I don´t have firewall rules in my virtual machines ...
Any idea about this situation?
Thank you very much.
