DCE uploads Firmware pack then nothing shows in the list

I uploaded the latest firmware pack (and older ones which I know worked before) and the server shows the progress bar that the file is uploading and then nothing happens. I know I have devices which need to have their firmware updated.

And idea what is happening? I have DCE 7.2.7. One day it just decided not to show any firmware updates...

Please try downloading and importing the newest firmware catalog file to see if it corrects your issue.

Please see knowledge base FA226042 for instructions on how to download and import the firmware catalog file.  We are expecting a release soon for the firmware that has recently been released to be added to the firmware catalog file and check for updates functionality.
