Hi @Haleem ,
If you need issues addressed quickly, do not post them in the forum. Since you'e Schneider, you should be going directly to tech support and if escalations are required, ask that the case be escalated to a higher level.
As for the issue itself, there are no known issues with changing the port. As for "supported", if you can change the port (you can), then it is "supported" in that DCE allows it:
I've checked and found no reported bugs using a different port either.
You've provided no troubleshooting, logs, or errors so I'm unsure what exactly you expect for a response. I strongly recommend opening a case with tech support,
I recommend getting a packet capture from the e-mail server or, if you provide tech support with the mac address, they can provide you with access to the server where a Schneider employee can run a packet capture. This would be necessary to gather more precise info on the issue.
You would also want to get capturelogs from the server. If you're not sure how to get these logs, tech support should be able to assist there too.
I would suggest:
1: start 1 packet capture
2: With configuration on port 25 run a successful test.
3: Stop that packet capture
4: reconfigure port
5: run a 2nd packet capture
6: Test with port 26
7: stop packet capture
8 Screenshot any errors that may pop up
9: gather capturelogs
10: if there is no specific indication of the issue, have tech support escalate the case.
Thanks,
Steve

P.S.
Has the customer verified the new port is open and configured on the email server and that other systems are capable of using this port? I'm assuming it is an internal SMTP but that information is not here.
