Hello,
When connecting AC equipment to the AC PDUs installed in the racks, the plugs where they were connected do not count. Do you know what the problem could be?
Below is the connection tree.

Hello. In general, the ability to connect racked devices to rack pdu's is based on the rack pdu genome and where the genome allows outlet connections. Requests of this nature can be made by submitting a request from the helpcenter and requesting the rack pdu genome be enhanced to allow outlet level connections.
We refer to these genomes as extended genomes.

Hi Mgarcia,
If I understand correctly the intention is to connect an IT asset (in the rack) to a certain rack pdu outlet, that feature is supported only for certain rack pdus. The following article describes such rack pdus, namely rack pdus with extended information:
https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038496693-Working-with-Rack-PDUs
(list of the rack pdus with extended outlet info is included in that page).
Kind regards,
Jef

Is it possible to configure the system so that it allows you to select the output to which a server is connected?
For example I have a device that is connected to an alternating current power at output 7 and 20, but in Direct Current power it does not allow the output to be selected

The help center link would be https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000949677 ... make sure you specify in the request type field its a genome request.
