I have added a new SNMPv3 device (Emerson Rack PDU) but it stays in Failure Status.
Is there a way to have logs of the scan process in order to know if my issue is a connectivity issue, SNMPv3 authentication failure, ... ?
It will be helpful

Hi Yannick,
No, sorry. There is no specific SNMP connectivity log. The way you're describing it though does not necessarily sound like a scan failure. You stated that you add the device but it stays in a failure status. That sounds like it actually discovers.
What is the failure message exactly?
Does it discover and then immediately lose comm?
What version of DCE are you using?
Can you add other SNMP V3 devices?
Have you tried different credentials?
Have you tried SNMP version 1 for a test?
Thanks,
Steve

I also would find a SNMP scan log helpful.
