DCE email function question - How to change sender name ?

Here is one question about DCE email function need help.

About mail sender name for below example , can we change sender name just for DTPIT-APC doesn't include IP address ?

For APC device , we can modify device name on web but it still include IP address in mail sender name ,for example: DTPIT-APC(192.168.1.5)

For third-party device , like PLC through modbus , it will show device IP include slave number ,for example : 192.168.1.149 - Slave 1
    
Customer could not accept such this format of mail , they required it can be modify by themselves for mail sender name .  Can we do that ?

Use Short Message E-mail still could not change sender name , pls see the photo, Did it possible to modify???

Unfortunately the default e-mail notification type can not be modified but the customer could use the Short Message E-mail notification option instead. By using the short message E-mail option the customer can pick and choose what information is being emailed to them by using different macros. To find all available macros, please search macros with the Expert client help contents.
